Colorado gears up to regulate AI systems that make decisions about you

Two laws take effect there in January 2027: one covering automated decisions that affect you (credit, employment, housing), the other targeting chatbots. The Attorney General's office just closed its public comment period, the first step before drafting concrete rules.
