The Taiwanese bank is teaming up with IBM Consulting to build an AI governance framework purpose-built for financial services, backed by a white paper. NVIDIA Ships Nemotron 3 Super, an Open Model Built for Agents

NVIDIA went with a Mamba-Transformer hybrid instead of a pure Transformer, which should cut inference costs on long agentic reasoning chains.
